That is why the MICHELIN Star Revelation Thailand 2020 event, which held more than 600 people on November 12, 2019, assigned LightBlue the task of reaching Zero Food Waste in Landfills. A collaboration between chefs, kitchen staff, FIT, and LightBlue made this event unforgettable, creating a precedent that is possible for the industry.
